At Careella, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please review the return conditions below.
Return Conditions
Return Period: You can return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item has not been used and is in its original packaging.
Item Condition: The item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, in its original packaging, and with all components and accessories.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@careella.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back the item.
Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the decision. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are not refundable, except in cases where the item was received defective or damaged.
Exclusions
- Returns and exchanges are not possible for items damaged due to improper use or negligence.
- Refunds are not provided for gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will assist you with exchanging it for another item, if available in stock.
